Bank of Bermuda’s Graduate Development Programme (GDP) is a two-year programme, which aims to provide accelerated training and practical experience to those graduates who are interested in developing leadership skills, sales capabilities and product knowledge for a career in the financial services industry. The programme also offers international exposure through an intensive four-week course held at HSBC’s Group Management Training College in the UK.
Throughout the two years, you will have the support and guidance of a mentor who will help you to prepare your own customised development plan. This plan will build on the capabilities required for the successful completion of the programme and includes support for obtaining a professional designation.
The GDP is open to recent graduates with a Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognised college or university.
To apply, email a covering letter to: Lauren.P.Mahoney@bob.hsbc.com, outlining why you think you are a suitable applicant.
The GGDP is a four to seven-week, high profile and intensive learning programme held at the HSBC Group Management Training College, Bricket Wood, located in the UK.
