Administrative and Account Control
Administrative functions will be under your control. Your company's primary users will be able to conveniently control administrative functions themselves, and these will be subjected to either sole or dual control as you define.
As a primary user you are able to:
- add and maintain secondary users
- designate the accounts and functions each user will be able to access
- set daily limits for each user and transaction limits for each account
- enter address and contact information for each user
- automatically have new accounts reported on Business Internet Banking.
Multiple payments
Local bulk payment functionality, also referred to as "ACH" or "Autopay", will provide you with a great online solution for regular multiple purchases or payments such as accounts payable, payroll or dividends to accounts at Bank of Bermuda or another bank in Bermuda.
Once the limit is in place, you will be able to set-up payments as needed or using saved templates that can contain up to 100 local credit payments in a single transaction!
