Follow these steps to apply for HSBCnet
Step 1 - Complete an application
- Read the HSBCnet Documentation Checklist
- Each Initial Security Administrator (ISA) needs to register for an HSBCnet Username on www.hsbcnet.com
- Complete a Customer Agreement form
- Complete a CDA - Customer form or submit a Corporate Resolution for the Company which reference Electronic Banking
- Complete a CDA - Associate form for each Customer Associate being set up or submit a Corporate Resolution for each Associate which reference Electronic Banking
Step 2 - Submit your application
- Deliver your completed application and supporting documents to your Relationship Manager or to the Payment and Cash Management Implementation Team located at:
The Bank of Bermuda Limited
6 Front Street - Mezzanine Level
Hamilton, Bermuda HM11
Step 3 - Obtain your Security Device
- Security Devices will be delivered to the nonimated ISA and users may now register themselves
Step 4 - Training
- The HSBCnet Knowledge Centre will arrange for the ISA's to be trained on the system

Need to add accounts?

Existing HSBCnet customer who wishes to add accounts to a company or company associate already on HSBCnet will need to complete an Amendment Schedule
Need to add an additional company associate?

Existing HSBCnet customer who wishes to add an additional company associate to their HSBCnet portfolio will need to complete a Customer Associate Agreement
Need to order more security devices?

To order more security devices the ISA will need to log onto www.hsbcnet.com and place an order via the Administration Tool/User Management/Security Device Management
