Easy Registration Guide for Personal Internet Banking

On 16 October EasyLink Online was replaced with our new online banking service - Personal Internet Banking. In order to continue to view your accounts and transact online you will need to register for the new service. Don't worry - it's easy!

Ready? - here's what you need to get started:

Your NEW Bank of Bermuda Debit Card plus your current Debit Card PIN.

NoteNote: If you have not received your new card or telephone banking number and PIN please call (+441) 299 5959 for assistance.

Step by Step - How to register

The registration process is simple to follow using the steps below.
We've included a preview of what you'll see to help you out.

Select 'Internet Banking' tab on our websiteStep 1 - Visit www.bankofbermuda.com

Select the 'Internet Banking' tab.

Click on 'Register for Personal Internet Banking'.

Verify your identityStep 2 - Verify your identity

Enter your entire 16-digit Debit Card number, Issue number (see tip box below) and PIN.

Click 'Continue'.

TipTip: Your issue number is a single digit number located on the front of your card to the right of your name.

Select your UsernameStep 3 - Select your Username

Enter your desired Username.

Click 'Continue'.

If the username you have selected is not unique you will see a list of other options.

 

Special featureSpecial feature: You select your own unique Username and security details so you can pick something you can easily remember but that others are not likely to guess.

Select your Security details Step 4 - Select your Security Details

Select one of the Memorable Questions from the pull down menu.

Enter your Memorable Answer.

Finally, enter a Password that you can remember but others are not likely to guess.

Click 'Continue'.

ImportantImportant: You will need to remember your Username, Memorable Answer and Password in order to logon in future.

Setup online password resetStep 5 - Online Password Reset

Take a moment to set up your Online Password Reset Details.

Click 'Yes' to continue.

Select two Security Questions from the pull down menus and enter your security answers.

Click 'Continue'.

You will get an acknowledgement page. Click 'Continue'.

 

Special featureSpecial feature: This step will enable you to reset your own memorable question/answer or password should you forget them.

Read and accept Terms and Conditions Step 6 - Terms and Conditions

Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and click 'Accept' in order to continue with the registration process.

 

 

ImportantYou will not be able to continue with registration without accepting the Terms and Conditions.

Verify account list and provide contact information Step 7 - Registration Details

You're almost there! Just check your account list and verify you want to view all of them using Personal Internet Banking. If you don't, just uncheck the boxes.

Now take a moment to give us your email address and mobile number (no dashes or spaces please) so that we can contact you.

Click 'Continue'.

You will see a recap of the information, take a quick look and if you're happy with it, click 'Confirm'. If not, simply click 'Change' and re-enter your information.

Registration is complete, you will see the PIB landing page Congratulations!

You are now registered to use Personal Internet Banking.

Go ahead... you can view your accounts, pay bills, even request an advance order... right now.

What about next time?

Just click on the 'Logon' button on www.bankofbermuda.com or navigate to the Internet Banking tab. Then, you will be prompted to enter your Username, Memorable answer and Password.
